Counselors

As a Camp CenterStage Counselor, you would be responsible for cabin duties, serving as a mentor, organizing activities and teaching workshops. Counselors are also responsible for ensuring a safe, creative and fun environment for the campers. Each counselor is assigned to a cabin and is responsible for the 6 - 8 campers and one CIT in that cabin. Counselors also play an important role in designing evening activities and shaping the entire camp experience.

CCS Camp counselors earn a stipend plus room and board for the 12 days of camp. Stipends are negotiated based on experience and responsibilities (Life-Guard, CIT Coordinator, etc). Counselors must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the camp session.
