Registration Tuition Scholarship Information

Here is some information about our new, "Green" online registration system:

• Paperless!: Our new registration system will save us all both time and paper, while giving you full control over all of your information.
• At Your Convenience!: You can come back and login anytime to complete your registration, make changes to your contact information, add a camper, make payments, and many other administrative tasks.
• First Time Registrations: Click the "Register Now!!" button below, then click "Create an Account". This will take you to a secure registration page to begin the registration process.
• Already Registered: If you've registered with us in the past - for this year or any prior year - simply click on the "User Login" button below, and login into your existing account.
• Forgot Your Login Info: Click on the"User Login" button below, then click on the "Forgot your login information" link. The system will send you instructions to reset your password.
• Feedback: Please email us with any suggestions or other feedback about our new registration system.

     

Tuition & Payment Information

• Tuition is $1325, which includes:
  • Final Showcase DVD
  • 2 camp T-shirts (one to tie-dye!)
  • All meals and housing (room and board)
  • All off-campus transportation
• $300 (non-refundable) deposit is required to reserve your spot.
• Discounted tuition if enrolled by February 29
• $250 discount for each additional family member
• Balance due in full by June 15
• Need-based scholarships available
• We accept Electronic Checks (preferred), Credit Cards, Paper Checks

Scholarship Information

Camp CenterStage will award several partial scholarships and one full scholarship for this season. The scholarships will be awarded in the form of waived or discounted tutition. The Scholarship Application has more detailed information.

Before applying for a scholarship, you must first register with us. During the payment process, there is checkbox to indicate that you're applying for a scholarship. This will allow you to pay only a $100 deposit vs $300; this is refundable if you choose not to accept the actual scholarship when awarded.

Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of:

• Financial need
• Letter of recommendation from a teacher or a director
• Camper's response to attached questions
• Scholarship Applications must be postmarked by April 30

Camp CenterStage does not share any information with any other individuals or companies. Information you provide is not given or sold to any individuals or companies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made prior to May 1st will be refunded less the $300 deposit. No refunds will be issued after June 1st.

General Policy

Camp CenterStage reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose conduct and/or behavior is determined to be detrimental to Camp. No refunds will be issued in the event of an early dismissal due to misconduct. Camp CenterStage operates with the highest possible safety standards. However we cannot assume liability for accidents, illness or disease. In case of accidents or sickness, Camp CenterStage is authorized to secure medical attention for the camper as is deemed necessary.
